Refund policy

Here at Scents by C, we are passionate about the quality of our products. if you believe your item is faulty, please send us a message via email to info@scentsbyc.com or on Instagram or Facebook, or fill in a contact us form as soon as possible (within 14 days of product arrival) we are more then happy to help solve this problem, however we can not refund due to change of mind or wrongful use.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-burnt and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us on Instagram or Facebook by messaging us or at info@scentsbyc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the circumstance that an item arrives damaged, we will run you through the procedure on how to get this fixed. Please Message us on Instagram or Facebook. if a faulty item arrives in your order, we are more then happy to replace this or offer you a store credit. Please contact us with the 'contact us' tab, or a message to our Instagram or Facebook page if you have had any problems with a faulty or damaged item. please include photos!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, limited edition or gift cards.

Exchanges 
As our products are hand made and customised to order, we can not cancel an order once made. All orders are 100% finalised at checkout. 
If you have forgotten to add something once checked out, please message us and we will fix this for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
