Shipping policy

We here at Scents by C ship with Australian Post.
AusPost Standard Shipping: $12.95 or free for orders over $150. 

    AusPost Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate.

    Please allow 4–10 business days (not including public holidays) for us to carefully make and pack your order, plus additional time for shipping.

    Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details via email or SMS.

    Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received your tracking confirmation.

    All of our products are lovingly made fresh to order. We always do our best to keep processing times as short as possible; however, as a small business owner juggling a full-time job and family life, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside of our control. If this occurs, we’ll always keep you updated.

    Our Candles, Melts, Diffusers, Room Sprays & Other Products are all made to order and require 3–5 days to cure/mature before being ready to ship.

    All orders are carefully packed in padded boxes to ensure they arrive safely. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging where possible ♻️

    Free Local Pickup

    We offer FREE local pickup from Clyde 3978. Simply select “Pick Up” at checkout, and we’ll email you once your order is ready along with the pickup address.

    Shipping Disclaimer

    Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Scents By C is not responsible for shipping delays once your parcel has left us.

    International Shipping

    We currently ship to New Zealand with postage starting from $15 AUD and capped at $25 AUD, making it affordable to enjoy our products without breaking the bank.
